In a highly competitive environment, my job is to give your organization a communications advantage with prospective major donors. My expertise comes from helping the Johns Hopkins University, UCSF, UC Berkeley, American Conservatory Theater, United Way of the Bay Area, YMCA of San Francisco, John Muir Health Foundation and several dozen other organizations achieve their strategic goals.


Writing. I have provided writing support for more than 30 capital and/or endowment campaigns and numerous other major gift initiatives.

Project management. I also serve as overall project manager when collaborating with Ashton & Partners graphic design firm—my preferred way to work. Together, we form a highly experienced, cohesive creative team.

Philanthropic positioning & messaging. On a consulting basis, I help nonprofits to develop an integrated, strategic approach to their communications.

 

My work comes down to this: persuading readers your organization will advance in meaningful ways social good that is important to them.
